My first visit, initially I was looking for a barber that took the precautions in these times of Covid, so many I have noticed that don’t seem to bother, however you care about the safety of your customers and staff, and was reassured. I also am delighted to have found a barber who excels in his trade and also very friendly. A very positive enjoyable first experience . Thank you!

Established in Sutton in 2013 and has continued to grow from strength to strength. Following our success in Sutton, we opened our second branch in Wallington in January 2019, where we have proudly been serving the local community ever since. At OZ Grooming, our aim is to provide a relaxed, friendly and welcoming gentlemen’s grooming experience where every customer feels comfortable and leaves looking and feeling their best. All of our barbers are highly experienced, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, and are passionate about their craft. Our team is skilled in cutting all hair types and styles, from traditional cuts to modern skin fades, as well as offering the classic Traditional Hot Towel Shave. Whether you’re after a fresh new look, a traditional cut or simply some well-deserved grooming time, our team is here to make sure you leave feeling fresh and confident. Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy 

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 3 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 3 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to the following charges: Haircut: £15 Haircut & Beard Trim: £25 These charges are in place because when an appointment is missed, we lose valuable time and the opportunity to offer that appointment to another customer. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, and giving us sufficient notice allows us to offer the slot to someone else. Booking Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

At OZ Grooming, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you respect our time and the time of our barbers by providing adequate notice if you are unable to attend.

Cancellations

A minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations can be made through our online booking system.

Missed Appointments

Appointments that are missed without prior notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. This is because the reserved time could have been offered to another customer.

Our missed appointment charges are:

● Haircut: £20 for the first missed appointment.

● Haircut & Beard Trim: £30 for the first missed appointment.

● Kids Haircuts £15 for the first missed appointment.

● Further missed appointments: Full booking price

● OZ Grooming Full Monty: Full booking price

● Christmas & New Year period: Full booking price for all missed appointments

By booking an appointment with OZ Grooming, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Late Arrivals

Customers arriving more than 5 minutes late may be refused service at the discretion of OZ Grooming. This is to ensure we can maintain our schedule and avoid delays for other customers.

Repeated No-Shows

Customers who repeatedly miss appointments without notice may have their online booking privileges removed.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, and respecting your booking helps us provide the best possible service to all our customers.
